Individual Therapy
I offer individual therapy services in-person and via Telehealth (video sessions) for California residents. Sessions cost $175 and run between 45-50 minutes. Sessions can be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly.

Para Mamí
"Para Mamí"is a set of eight pro bono therapy sessions for new moms of newborns. The goal with this short-term therapy offering is to provide you with support, care, and facilitate the many components of healing that come with becoming a mamí. Click HERE for more info.

Garden Therapy
In a community garden setting in Azusa, CA, garden therapy can be helpful to process anything through the use of therapeutic metaphors and understanding the parallels between humans and nature. This service is an excellent way to connect with nature, learn basic gardening skills, and improve mental health. These sessions are only available at a private pay rate of $175 and run about 50 min long.

Clinical Supervision
A formal process of professional support, reflection and learning that contributes to individual development. It is offered for Associate Clinical Social Workers and Associate Marriage and family Therapists earning clinical hours towards licensure.

Case Consultation
Case consultations provide a space for learning/discussing clinical cases in order to improve the best quality care. It includes case conceptualization, discussion of appropriate resources, potential clinical approaches and interventions, discussing safety and risk assessments, and making informed decisions.

Garden Therapy Workshop
An engaging, hands-on group experience via online or in-person on the implementation of gardening activities in clinical therapy. Previous bookings include conferences, group practices, and clinics.

Cancelation Policy
Cancellations are required 24 hours in advance. Any appointments scheduled but not kept (no-show), as well as any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled time will have a full session fee is charged immediately after notice of cancelation or no-show. A session is considered a no-show if the client is late longer than 15 minutes. A start time after 15 minutes compromises the efficacy of the therapeutic hour. If you have a contagious illness (or if anyone in your household has an illness), we ask that you do not come to your appointment. Video conferencing through a HIPAA-compliant platform is available if you are not able to come to the office.
